Step 1:They suck 2,000 to 5,000 part timers into a program

Step 2: Get those little FISH to send traffic to you

Step 3: Get worried after six months because SALES are down

Step 4: Worry because only a few are making any real money

Now you change the game. Now you ADD another program.

But who cares? It’ all about making more money off the
backs of the little guy

The Little guys are desperate suckers, right?

And as a BIG GURU all you do is keep showing them HOW-TO’S
because that’s what suckers buy. Another TRAFFIC so called solution
and they buy means to GET PAID / as in a lottery

We never brought in a GURU from the outside

We never ADDED an MLM and we never left

Bed partners abound and everyone is a Cowboy, sharing lists,
watering down program integrity and the BIG GUNS (not all obviously)
are using the part-timer rather than INCLUDING
him or her in his funnel

BAIT-N-SWITCH is when you sell a person into program “X”
and then in six months to a year later, program “X” is no
longer the rage so you quick change
gears and show people program “B”.

Weird.

Staples never advertises KINKO’s and STAR-BUCKS
will never advertise or show you DUNKIN DONUTS

Why?

Because if one was a BRAND and one had a REAL business one
would never stoop to level of a WHORE and liquidate it’s own image
for the sake of a faster meal ticket

How come

How come McDonalds doesn’t JOINT venture with BURGER KING?

If you are a brand

If you honor your customers and your own name

Why then in all that is truth and of honor, would someone
CHANGE horses in the middle of the race?

Joe was setting on the bank watching skydivers jump

during a show…

Thinking to himself – 

“man I would love to do that!

What a rush – to feel the wind in your hair and 

the adrenaline, the excitement – maybe I’ll crash and burn

but maybe I‘ll experience my greatest fulfillment!

I have to do this…”

Well Joe had a bunch of friends that were afraid of heights!

They were like – 

“Man you are crazy!!

Why would you want to do that – stay here on the ground where it’s safe.

Stay here with us.”

Joe argued to prove his point..

“I am not afraid of heights 

I am tired of being down here instead of up there…

jumping with them!!

I want to be a skydiver – I don’t want to be a scaredy cat anymore!

But - 

Joe’s dream faded you see Joe had too many friends 

that didn’t agree with him..

he had too many friends that

warned him of failure.

Joe didn’t do what his heart was set on..

He didn’t take THAT LEAP until 20 years later.

When he turned 58 – Joe decided he was determined

to do it..

So this time he didn’t tell his “friends” and

Joe began classes and was instructed on how

to land and what steps he had to take – 

how if he didn’t he would not survive.

He studied his dream..

He learned his dream..

He felt his dream..

And when the time came Joe

stood at the door of the plane

heart pounding – sweaty palms 

and the noise of his buddies doubt

from 20 years ago ringing in his ears.

He took a deep breath and…

JUMPED.

He was scared at first…

Then – 

HE FELT LIKE A BIRD – FREE!

But he was off course..

He thought he was going to land in the river..

not in the area he was instructed to land..

What if he landed in the water….

But then he remembered how he was taught to “steer” his parachute.

It worked.

It did exactly what his instructor told him it would do!

If Joe had NOT listened to his “friends” 20 years earlier..

THE PRISON
[6] And when we try to get "cute" and open the cell door
for them and we go into their cell and pick them up
and carry them out to the light-that, my friend,
IS WHERE WE GO ASTRAY!

THAT kind of co-dependant ego-trip is NOT what God
intended us to do. We are Key Masters.

Nothing more.

Lead. Don't carry anyone.

Help. But don't burp them.

[7] The responsibility of the Key Master is ominous.

THE BURDEN is intense.

[8] Not only do we have to pass through fear and hell
just to get to the jail cells, we also have to live
with the grief and destruction we see as we are down
there passing out the keys to life.

** We have to listen to people's "war stories."
** WE STARE mediocrity in the face: theirs.
** WE have to endure their lack of self esteem.
** We have to watch them vomit on themselves.

[Every last negative remark they make is "vomit." Their own]

Plus, we have to carry with us the agony of leaving those
behind us who aren't already behind us.

[9] Just think of it my friend, ** YOU ** walk through
miles and miles of rugged terrain filled with near-death
experiences along the way only to get to
YOUR final destination of being a Key Master.

[10] Then, when you arrive at your first cell you find a mother
and her child weeping in the corner, too weak to even get up
to walk across the room to get the Keys of life from you.

"Here is the Key, take it, come to Big Action Media."

But they are too weak to grab your hand:

So, what do you do?

SHOULD you over-extend yourself?

[11] You open the cell door for her, pick her and her child up
and carry them to safety. And all the while you have to walk
past thousands of other women and children screaming
at you as you pass-they ARE ready to get out but can't.

Why?

Because you used up your Keys on the first cell you passed.

On the weak. On that lady and her crying baby.

You used up your keys.

[12] And you WASTE your ENERGY trying to "convince" people.

Plus, ponder this: do we lose our credibility
when we need to cajole people into partnering with us?

And we waste our LIFE with the wrong TYPES of people.

So my Brothers and Sister Gladiators or Key Masters,

WHAT is your mission in life?

How about, to be strong.

[13] To be what God intended us to be-Gladiator Key Masters.

Walk through hell-do your job and don't look back.

[14] Be honored that God entrusted you with the Keys to life.

With the ability to INSPIRE OTHER people.

Lord, thank you for that GIFT.

Be honored that God introduced you and me as we walked
through a living hell passing out our Keys
to the wrong Cell mates.

of life. Somehow we get confused and sidetracked,
when we start to think that our job is anything more.

YOU owe them nothing.

Beyond, POINT to the system. POINT to TRUTH.

But do NOT lose your soul or your dignity
in the process. MLM and a higher consciousness
is not for everyone. It's ONLY for people
whose self image can support the ideal that
MLM can help you become a Pinnacle leader.

[22] It's about duplication.
This is only for visionaries who can sell and lead.
This is only for the strong.

The weak (97%) work for 3% who employ them.
Others will grab a check. You collect love.

You share yourself. You are [actually, love!]

Isn't that life?

[23] The 97% who ARGUE against capitalism work
for the 3% who agree with wealth and abundance.


Others will get paid for what their job pays.

YOU earn income based on who you are,
not what your job pays.

Think about it.

The employed are not paid on themselves.
They are paid on what their POSITION/LEVEL pays.

The level of a Captain of Police? Oh about $86,000.

Not good.

Not bad.

Just how life is.

Employment pays once per hour.
Entrepreneurs earn over and over per hour!

Wow, ain't that cool.

[24] Employed folks serve a boss.
You and I serve a country.
We inspire more revenue into America.

We add, more than just toe a line.

We create other co-creators. Isn't that MLM?

Isn't that what we do?

We create co-creators of American free enterprise.

It's called Network Marketing.

The new - call it a business.

[25] So, JUST walk your rounds and hand out the

What is Optimization

Leverage and optimization are two totally different words. Everyone

knows what [leverage] is. That’s why they attempt to build an MLM

residual sales organization. Why? So they can leverage other people’s

time, money and influence. But that doesn’t make them optimized.

Webster’s dictionary defines leverage as using “credit” or by using an

effective motion. So, for example, if you are a policeman with a pension

plan, that’s leverage. That’s because upon retirement, you would retire

with better than 65% of your monthly pay—for the rest of your life.

That’s leverage.

Optimization is different and brings with it a far greater basket of

rewards. To be optimized means to take something AS FAR as it can go.

Webster’s says that optimization is, (1) “the most favorable method for

growth and reproduction and also (2) “to make the most effective use of

all energies and resources.”

Optimization is the Intangible Secret of The Rich

Better business is about better optimization. That’s not as

fancy as it sounds. It’s simply about getting more

results, in less time with more profits within a

smaller element of time.

Within the hidden corridors of being optimized, is the concept of

continuity. Call it “the lazy way to riches” because that’s exactly what

continuity is. A lazy way to make a whole heck-uv-a-lot of money.

Why? Because the profit centers are BUILT inside of whatever you sell,

therefore, it takes ZERO energy—or even time—to make more money.

This is about playing large and using the playbook

designed by the big boys and girls, even if you are

just starting out and this is still just a spare-time

thing for you.

This is about more than winning. What I am talking about is attaining

absolute influence and absolute power while at the same time doing it

with such style, grace and eloquence, that people jump over hoops and

crawl under doors and up into windows just to experience what doing

business with you is like. You are about to become GREAT at this!

Instead of people who are TEN feet tall and bullet-proof.

RAISE your THERMOSTAT

Go with TEN feet tall people and LOSE the false identity that
what you are doing is ENOUGH.

To TAKE it to the NEXT level, try making FRIENDS of people
who are

** TALLER money receivers
** BIGGER thinkers
** LARGER than you are people

Why? So in order to RE-PROGRAM, or de-program might be
the better word.

Do this.

Confess.

Maybe you are ready to believe, “Hey, I am under the hypnotic
belief that I am doing my BEST because I am surrounding myself
with people on my level who BELIEVE what I believe.”

The CHANGE for me…

My own change came when I used TALLER people as my examples.

Question.

Lesson up.

Look, if you maintain the THOUGHTS, ideals and functions

It’s not enough to READ about a larger person

Someone (or even more than just one) who is WAY out

Tools for Twitter Users

Hands up if you’re a Twitterholic. Yes, my hand’s up too. If you love the micro-blogging platform Twitter as much as I do, then keep reading.

I’ve put together a líst of the coolest plug-ins and apps designed for us Twitterholics and scored each out of five on the *must have* scale.

Twitter Specific Tools:

1) TwitterFox is a Firefox extension that notifies you of your friends’ status on Twitter and lets you make posts from your browser status bar. It also allows you to switch between multiple Twitter accounts in one click. This is my #1 must-have, deal-breaker, cannot live without Twitter plug-in.

2) Retweet This is an application designed for use with the Greasemonkey Firefox plug-in. It allows you to append a retweet button to the end of each Twitter entry to encourage your followers to retweet your posts.

3) Classify Twitter Users is a script that allows you to classify Twitter users and decide whether they are worth following based on their friends, followers and post ratios. Another Greasemonkey app, it’s a great tool to help you weed out the Twitter spammers and fan boys from the socially healthy.

You can set the script to use your Twitter user scales (e.g. spammer, social climber, social rock star) or just gather more information about people you are following.

4) TwittAd allows Twitter users to monetize their account by accepting advertising on the background image of their Twitter user profile. You decide the duration and price advertisers pay for exposure and get paíd for every hour you serve the ad.

5) TwitterCounter lets you add a daily updating TwitterCounter to your blog so everybody can see how popular you are by the number of persons following you.

6) TweetBeep is just like having Google Alerts for Twitter. It enables you to keep track of conversations that mention you, your products or your company via email. You can even keep track of who’s tweeting your website or blog. It’s a great tool for online reputation management and you don’t even have to be a Twitter user to benefit from it. TweetBeep is another one of my personal *must haves*.

7) Twitter Grader measures the reach and authority of a Twitter user, calculated by the pace of their updates, the completeness of their profile, their number of followers and the network power of those followers.

Twitter Grader displays as a score out of 100 and is consistently updating and adapting as your Twitter account grows. Based on those grades, Twitter Grader lists the Twitter Elite globally and in each country, just like Technorati does for bloggers.

TwitPic, as the name suggests, is a photo sharing tool for Twitter. When logged in, it allows you to upload photos and post them with comments as a Tweet. It works with a range of Twitter clients such as Twitterific, Twhirl and MobileTwitter and stores all your photos in a single location with updated viewing stats. As far as Twitter image sharing goes, this is king for reliability.

9) Twuffer is a Twitter buffer. It allows Twitter users to compose a líst of future tweets, and schedule their release. Twuffer is ideal for making hourly, daily or monthly announcements or send post-dated birthday greetings or reminders to people about upcoming events. It’s also perfect if you’re the type of person who wants to give the impression that you don’t ever sleep.

10) Twistori I have a real soft spot for this one. One of the developers is Amy Hoy, one of my favorite speakers from Webstock 2008 and a goth geek to boot. Twistori is a social experiment that taps into the Twitter conversations revolving around life’s central activities: Love, Hate, Think, Believe, Feel, Wish. You can click on any of these emotions and witness a live feed of Tweets that use them. It’s voyeuristic and utterly compelling.

11) iTweet is another interface for Twitter. It has built-in auto-refresh, search and hash tags and features full follow, block and notifications features. Users can view and post user bio, location and URLs inline with their tweets. Another cool feature of iTweet is the ability to Retweet a user post with a single click.

12) Twitturly is a service for tracking what URLs people are talking about as they talk about them on Twitter. Similar to Digg, on Twitturly, people “vote” for a URL. The more votes it gets the better it ranks. If it does well enough, it gets promoted to the home page and as the votes rise it gets displayed higher up the home page. Twitturly differs from Digg in that instead of voting on their site, you vote by participating on Twitter. Each time that you send a link to your followers on Twitter, Twitturly takes a note of it and applies your vote to that URL. It’s a great way to follow the loudest global conversations.

13) Mr Tweet is another big favorite of mine. Similar to LinkedIn , it looks through your extended network and makes suggestions to help you build effective relationships on Twitter. For example, which of your followers should you be following in return? Who are the most influential people you should be following? Who are your followers following?

14) Twitter Search is Twitter’s own built-in and oft-overlooked search tool. You can use it to search for other Twitter users, keywords, hash tag topics and a range of cool shortcut items.

Non Twitter Specific Tools:

15) FlipTitle is, not surprisingly, a tool that enables you to flip text upside down. It’s great for Twitter because sometimes your tweets can get lost in the conversation. Using FlipTitle makes sure they get noticed.

16) Bit.ly is a very cool URL shortener that also includes click-thru statistics. Why is it perfect for Twitter? Because the length of the converted URLs is generally much shorter than other URL converters like TinyURL. When you are tweeting, space is premium as your whole post can only consist of 140 characters including spacing.

The other neat thing aspect of Bit.ly is that it keeps a record of clicks that your URLs received and where they originated from. It even provides a share button so you can re-tweet your URLs on Twitter or send them to friends on Facebook, Gmail or another email client.
